Comforting Hearts: Remembering Two Great Lights
Our Wild Mustard Seed family is grieving the loss of two radiant women of God—Ms. Sunrise and Ms. Sunset. Both poured out love, faith, and joy to everyone they met. As we mourn, we cling to God’s promise to comfort the brokenhearted and celebrate the beautiful legacy these two great lights leave behind.

Vocabulary - Word - Zoë (ζωή)
"In him was life (Zoë)..." John uses this specific word to describe eternal, spiritual life, completely distinct from bios (physical life). John uses Zoë over 30 times to show that true life is not just about living forever after you die. It is a quality of life you can experience right now through an intimate relationship with Jesus. He is the ultimate source of spiritual vitality, filling your daily existence with His unquenchable light.

Vocabulary - Word - Logos (λόγος)
"In the beginning was the Word (Logos)..." John uses this specific term to reveal Jesus as the eternal, pre-existent Creator God. To Jewish readers, it recalled God speaking the world into existence in Genesis. To Greek readers, it meant the ultimate reason balancing the universe. Jesus is not just a historical teacher; He is the divine principle, speech, and reason of God. He is the active force holding reality together, bridging the ancient world directly to your life today
