"For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you." (Matthew 17:20-21)
Just as the tiniest of seeds stretches into a towering tree, the mustard seed reveals a profound spiritual truth: God takes our small and seemingly insignificant beginnings and grows them into something of extraordinary impact. We don't need giant, flawless faith to be used by Him. Even the smallest measure of faith, surrendered to God, can become a mighty vessel for His redeeming love—because through His grace, all things are possible.

Chesed — חֶסֶד

steadfast love; covenant loyalty; faithful, protective mercy

Chesed is mercy that doesn’t flicker or fade — mercy rooted not in emotion, but in God’s unbreakable commitment to His people.
​
Lamentations 3:22 tells us that we are not consumed because God’s chesed holds us. His covenant love does not withdraw, weaken, or run out. It stands steady in the rubble, shielding us when everything else gives way.
Before fear could swallow us, His love stood guard. Before failure could define us, His compassion intervened. Before the weight of yesterday could crush us, His mercy renewed the day.

You don’t have to wonder if God’s love will last — chesed has already declared it steadfast, loyal, and new every morning.

Today, I turn from my old ways and I place my trust in Jesus alone. I receive Your forgiveness, Your grace, and Your love. Jesus, I give You my heart, my life, and my future. Please cleanse me and make me new, and teach me to follow You all my days. Thank You for saving me. Thank You for loving me first. I give you all the honor, the glory and the praise. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.”
